Our founder, Lily, has lived with sensitive skin and eczema for years.

She tried everything: gentle skincare lines, cortisol prescription creams, and even steroid treatments. Each new solution came with hope, but also the fear that it might cause another flare-up. Sensitive skin isn’t just a physical concern, it impacts confidence, comfort, and peace of mind. Living in a constant guessing game of what might trigger irritation or how long recovery will take can feel exhausting and isolating.

During one especially difficult flare, Lily turned back to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a practice and philosophy she grew up with. Unlike conventional approaches that target symptoms in isolation, TCM views skin reactivity as part of a larger picture: an imbalance in body, mind, and emotions. A flare-up isn’t simply something to suppress - it’s a signal that the body is asking for deeper care.

This perspective shifted everything. With the help of a centuries-old herbal formulation, Lily began to find relief and healing. As her skin calmed, her curiosity grew.

She immersed herself in both TCM teachings and modern skin science, searching for answers to bigger questions:
