When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We know you’re excited to receive your order. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your order, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. 

If you choose express shipping, you order will typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the delivery time will be further extended.

Where do you ship? How much are shipping costs?

We offer standard delivery for a flat rate of $6. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. If you prefer faster delivery, express shipping is available for $12.50. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and is free on orders over $175 purchase value. 

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

How do I check on the progress of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. If you created an account, you can also log in anytime to view your order status.  

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code can be used per order. We recommend saving another code for next time. We love seeing you come back ☺.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law and will appear at checkout before you confirm your order.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Shop Pay so you can check out the way you like best. 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn’t go through, please double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance. You can also try a different payment method or reach out to your bank for assistance. If you still need help, our team is here for you at questions@terraroots.world.

Why was my order cancelled?

Sometimes orders are cancelled automatically if an item sells out or if payment authorization fails. If that happens, you’ll receive an email right away, and any charges will be fully refunded. 

Is this site safe and secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information. We never store your full payment details. Shopping with us is safe and secure.  

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We want you to feel completely confident in trying our products. If for any reason a formula isn’t the right fit for you, there’s no need to send it back - simply pass it along to a friend or loved one who might enjoy it. We’ll issue you a refund, no questions asked.  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll gladly send a replacement or credit your purchase.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if your package arrives damaged. Please take a photo of the box or product and email us right away at questions@terraroots.world. Our team will review the situation and arrange a replacement for any damaged items.
